基于可持续发展的我国渔业产业链整合初探

Integration of fishery industrial chain based on sustainable development in China

当前我国渔业产业在国际竞争中处于相对劣势,我们应力求完善一条既有充分竞争力又有可持续发展动力的渔业产业链。本文尝试从渔业产业链的整合与分化角度,提出我国渔业产业高效整合的一般思路,以此指导我国渔业产业发展的实践,不仅对丰富和深化渔业产业发展理论具有重大理论意义,而且对指导渔业企业和相关管理部门的产业规制政策的制定具有重大现实意义。

For facing a comparative disadvantage in international competition, the sustainable and competitive fishery industrial chain should be perfected in China fishery development. A general idea on efficient integration of the fishery industry in China is put forward based on a view of integration and differentiation, which will be as the guidance of the practice of the fisheries industrial development. There will be a great significance not only for enriching and deepening fishery industry, but also for supervising fishery enterprises and correlative departments to make fishery industry rules and policy.
