摘要
设计了一种以光强内调制型光纤传感器为基础的能对滑觉进行全方位检测的触觉传感器,并把它用在水下作业机械手上,以实现其作业的智能化。
Based on the principle of the inner modulation mechanism of the strength type optical fiber sensor,a tackile sensor which can sense the solide tactile in all direction is devised,the sensor is mounted on the under water manipulator so that the manipulate works intelligently.
