基于耗散结构论的视野探究体育与政治的非平衡相变

Research on Non-equilibrium Phase Transition of Sports and Politics from the Viewpoint of Dissipative Structure Theory

以耗散结构论为理论依据,首先对体育与政治关系的耗散结构进行阐释;其次,依据耗散论原理导入利益相关者要素,建立以P(体育)、S(政治)、EPS(政治权益相关者熵流)和ESS(体育利益相关者熵流)为主导的非平衡相变模型;再次,对模型进行数据解析,提出EPS、ESS→S为实际最优模型;最后,在耗散结构论的框架下,提出以EPS为主导的政治应以加强宏观调控和体育基础设施建设为己任;而以ESS为主导的体育则应持续走社会化、市场化的道路,增加对国民健康的贡献值,增强对社会的责任感。

This paper,on the basis of dissipative structure theory analyzes the application of dissipative structure theory in that relationship.Secondly,according to the principle of dissipative structure theory,it introduces element of stakeholders and make model by P（Politics）,S （Sport）,EPS （entropy of political stakeholders） and ESS （entropy of sport stakeholders）.Thirdly,by the data analyzing of that model,it proposes EPS→S and ESS→S as a practical best model.Finally,on the frame of dissipative structure theory,it suggests that politics leaded by EPS should emphasize on reinforcing macro-control and establishing sports facilities,while sports leaded by ESS should insist on the way of socialization and marketization,contribute more value to national health and reinforcing social responsibility.
