摘要
借助VB的可视化功能,将宏程序的优点和VB的优点结合起来,以螺旋铣削球面的宏程序为例,对采用宏程序加工球面的过程进行开发,生成了具有图形模拟仿真、浏览宏程序、输出宏程序TXT文档等功能的模块,通过VB的窗体化界面输入相应的加工参数后,既可以直观地观察宏程序的运行过程,又可以获得直接用于加工的宏程序NC代码,为编程人员提供了可视化编程的辅助工具。
By VB visualization function,combining the advantages of VB and macro processors,taking the example of spherical surface milling macro processor,develops the procedures of spherical surface machining by macro processor,generates the program module which has many functions that contain simulation,browser macro processor,output macro as TXT.Through the VB visualization interface,when inputting needed parameters,the operation of the macro processors can be observed and NC code that directly used for processing can be generated.This can supply visual programming auxiliary tools for programmer.
