摘要
建立了振动输送机轴承座CAD/CAE集成仿真技术路线,运用Pro/E软件建立了振动输送机轴承座的参数化数字模型,导入ANSYS Workbench软件中进行有限元分析。仿真结果表明,振动输送机轴承座的结构设计合理,满足强度要求,动刚度分布较为均匀。通过将仿真结果进行分析,提出进一步改善振动输送机轴承座结构和提高刚度的工艺措施。
The CAD/CAE integration simulation technology route of vibrating conveyer bearing block was established.The parametrization numerical model of vibrating conveyer bearing block was established by using the Pro/E software,then finite element analysis of insert bearing block was carried out in ANSYS Workbench.The simulation result indicats that the vibrating conveyer bearing block structural design is reasonable,satisfies the intensity request and the dynamic stiffnessis well-distributed.By the analysis of simulation results,the process measures which can improve the structure and increase rigidity of vibrating conveyer bearing block is proposed.
