摘要
介绍刚弹耦合模型建模理论,利用MSC.Nastran软件建立某运动车的车身骨架有限元模型,通过MSC.ADAMS软件将其转化为柔性车身,使柔性车身与底盘模型相结合建立整车刚弹耦合模型,对整车模型在B级路面上低速匀速行驶进行仿真,得到车身振动响应。最后结合汽车平顺性评价方法,对汽车行驶的平顺性进行初步评价。
First of all,has just introduced the theory of Rigid-Elastic Coupling(REC)models.Then using MSC.Nastran software and setting up a sports car body finite element model,converting it into a flexible body through MSC.ADAMS software.So that could combine the flexible body with chassis to set up the complete vehicle REC model,just let the complete vehicle model run on B-class roads built in software at low-speed driving simulation,getting the vibration response of the body.Finally,applying ride comfort evaluation methods for motor and giving a preliminary evaluation of ride comfort for the vehicle.
