涡旋压缩机涡旋体加工位置和转角误差的快速测量 被引量:2

摘要 由于对刀误差和机床的零点漂移,涡旋压缩机转动涡旋体加工过程中存在位置和转角偏差。首先基于圆柱坐标系开发了转动涡旋体型线误差快速测量系统;然后通过测量标准圆柱体和量块得到测量系统的位置和转角偏差;最后采用遗传算法计算出转动涡旋体加工位置和转角偏差。同三坐标测量机(CMMs)测量结果对比表明,在满足测量精度的前提下,快速测量系统的测量时间为230 s,且能满足加工现场的测量环境要求。加工偏差的快速测量能提高涡旋体的加工精度和加工效率。 According to the machining process of scroll profiles,there lies position and rotation angle error because of tool-setting error and zero drift for machine.First,a rapid measuring system of the orbiting scroll profile is developed based on cylindrical coordinate system.The position and rotation angle error of the rapid measuring system is got by measuring a standard cylinder and gauge blocks.Finally,the machining position and rotation angle errors of the orbiting scroll profile are got based on genetic algorithm.Some test results are found comparing with CMMs(Coordinate Measuring Machines).On condition that meeting requirement of the measurement accuracy,the total measuring time of the rapid measurement system is about 230 seconds.The rapid measuring system can meet the condition of the processing workshop.The rapid measurement of machining position and rotation angle error can improved the machining accuracy and machining efficiency of scroll profiles.
