摘要
巨型模锻液压机工作时,活动横梁的水平度是保证加工工件精度的决定性因素。设计一种基于西门子S7-300PLC可编程控制器为工作总站的驱动同步系统控制方案,实现对活动横梁的水平控制,并对控制系统的控制原理、硬件组成和软件体系做详细的分析和介绍。系统工作总站根据四个高精度光栅尺实时地检测活动横梁四角的位移和各主工作缸压力传感器及流量传感器等反馈信号,分别采用PID控制策略控制各主工作缸进液阀组的流量和压力,实现主工作缸的主动同步运动。
