摘要
结合设计的泵-马达试验台,介绍采用变频调速技术的功率回收式闭式液压系统的基本组成和结构;分析液压功率回收的工作原理及技术特点;研究系统需满足的流量和扭矩匹配要求,得出系统中扭矩在各轴上的传递情况;从理论上推导了该试验系统功率回收效率的计算公式。对功率回收系统的设计及应用具有一定的理论参考价值。
Combining with pump-motor text bench designed,the basic composition and structure of the closed hydraulic system were introduced,by adopting power recovery and frequency control technique.The work principle and technical features of hydraulic power recovery technique were analyzed.The flow matching and torque matching conditions of the system were studied,and the torque transmission situation of shafts was obtained.The calculating formula of the power recovery rate of the experiment system was derived in theory.The results should have certain theoretical reference value for the design and application of power recovery system.
