摘要
本文调查了进口装载机斗齿的磨损失效过程。与高锰钢材料做了对比认为,进口斗齿为马氏体—贝氏体钢,具有良好的硬度和韧性配合。在高应力冲击磨损工况下,马氏体—贝氏体钢没有出现明显的加工硬化,磨损过程主要表现为切削和冲击疲劳坑;高锰钢则主要表现为犁削和大块的脆化剥落。文章最后指出,作为斗齿材料,马氏体—贝氏体钢较高锰钢具有优越的使用性能。
The properties of import tooth of shovel-type loader have been investigated and compared to these of high-Mn steel. Author belives that the microstructure of the import is marteaite-benite and its properties can obtain a good composition about strength hardness and toughness. In hign strain rushing abrasion processes, matenite-benite steel do not appear clearly work hardening and mainly presents cutting and fatigue hollows, but high-Mn steel mainly presents ploughing or cutting and big brittle peeling. Lastly, The paper points that martenite-benite steel can obtain better properties than high-Mn steel for this tooth.
