摘要
"声色"是古代文论中指称文本构成形态和基本性状的理论范畴。作为一个并列性的耦合范畴,它主要指向作品音声藻采等基础层面,历代论者对它的要求是能合自然、尚清雅、主平和,并以用极不露为至高境界,这在很大程度上反映了古人对传统文学程式化特性的提升与超越。至于此范畴的逻辑定位,则显然从属于古代形式批评理论中的艺法论范畴,并最后与风格论范畴相联通。
Manner refers to the theoretic category of texture and diction in literature. It covers the basic sensual level effects brought by sound and color. Scholars agree that the ideal manner should be natural, elegant, gentle, and implicit. These standards for manner reflect in a large degree the ancient scholars' generalization and superiority of the formula of traditional literature. The logic definition of manner should be given in the framework of traditional formal criticism of arts. Finally, manner is related to Genre.
