New Rural Cooperatives and Rural Economical Transition

摘要新型农民合作组织的兴起是影响中国农村经济转型与发展的重要事件,基于对近30年新型农民合作组织兴起的制度根源和约束条件的分析,本文对新型农民合作组织的制度特征进行了深入的分析,尤其对公司领办型合作社的兴起进行了经济学解释,并提出了"全要素合作"和政府对农民合作组织进行"制度补贴"的概念,论文最后对新型农民合作组织的发展趋势和中国农村经济的转型进行了展望。 The rising of new rural cooperatives is an important factor affecting the transformation and development of China rural economy. Basing on the study on the institutional roots and constraints of the rural cooperatives of recent 30 years, the paper analyzes the institutional characters of the new rural cooperatives, especially explains the roots of corporate-leading cooperatives, and first puts forward the conceptions of ＂total factors cooperation＂ and ＂institutional subsidy＂. In the conclusion, the paper analyzes the future tendency of rural cooperatives and the rural economic transformation.
