摘要
20Cr钢低碳马氏体试样表面滚压后,同时存在强化和损伤两个对立的因素。本文讨论了这两个因素对疲劳性能的影响,随滚压力的增加疲劳极限出现一个最佳值,它和疲劳源、残余应力分布及表面损伤有关。出现表下源并不一定和最佳滚压力相对应。
Strengthening and detriment are co-existent factors during surface rolling for low carbon martensite materials. This paper studies the variation of this two factors on the effect of fatigue behavior in terms of rolling force. A maximum fatigue limit is associated with an optimum rolling force. It is resulted from the sub-surface fatigue origin, compressive residual stress distribution and surface detriment. Yet a sub-surface crack initiation may not agree with the optimum rolling force.
