摘要
出租车市场是一个普遍借助政府管制实现垄断的市场。价格政策、经营权制度、运力控制、营运模式是决定出租车市场特征的核心,该市场面临的众多问题均源于此,其中有些属于发展阶段的问题,需要整个社会的努力来解决;有些是行业内部的问题,通过局部的努力可望收到成效。
The taxi market is generally monopolized with the aid of government regulation.Price policy,managerial authority,transport capacity control and operation models are the determining features of a taxi market.Many problems facing the taxi market originated from these aspects.Some of the problems are due to the developmental stages,and demand the efforts of the whole society.Others are problems within the trade,and can be solved through efforts in specific areas.Based on this idea,the article lists 10 hot issues in the taxi market of Shenzhen and provides explanations for the problems.
