Research Advances of Gene Localization in Sorghum

摘要 分子标记技术具有消除环境影响、缩短育种周期、提高选择效率、精确定位性状基因等优点。回顾了高粱遗传图谱构建、抗旱性QTL基因定位、抗病性状基因定位、细胞质雄性不育恢复基因定位的研究进展。 Molecular marker technology has advantages of eliminating environmental influence,shortening breeding period,enhancing selecting efficiency and precisely locating trait gene,etc..The research advances of genetic mapping of sorghum,localization of drought resistance gene QTL,disease resistance gene and cytoplasmic male sterility restorer gene were reviewed.
