马比木提取物抑菌作用的初步探讨 被引量:6

摘要 为研究马比木提取物的抑菌作用,采用不同的溶剂(石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、丙酮)对马比木根皮的醇提物进行成分提取,将所得到的提取物用滤纸片法分别对大肠杆菌、藤黄八叠球菌、变形杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌、产气杆菌、青霉-1、黑曲霉和青霉-2进行抑菌试验。结果表明,马比木提取液对霉菌-2具有极显著的抑制作用,对青霉-1、产气杆菌和大肠杆菌也具有较强的抑菌效果。乙醇和丙酮提取物的抑菌效果优于其他溶剂。 The bacteriostasis of extracts from Nothapodytes pittosporoides was studied.Different solvents(petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and acetone) were used to extract the ethanol extract from the root bark of N.pittosporoides.The inhibitory experiments of the extracts against Escherichia coli,Sarcina lutea,Proteus mirabilis,Bacillus subtilis,Candida albicans,Bacillus aerogenes,penicillium sp-1,Aspergillus niger and penicillium sp-2 were tested by filter paper method.The results indicated that the inhibitory effects of the extracts against penicillium sp-1 were significant,and the inhibitory effects of the extracts against penicillium sp-2,Bacillus aerogenes and Escherichia coli were also good.The bacteriostasis of ethanol extract and acetone extract were superior to those of other solvents.
