摘要
厚朴酚与和厚朴酚是厚朴树中的主要活性成分。综述了厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的抗腹泻作用,并提出其可能的作用机理为:调节胃肠蠕动;作为Ca2+拮抗剂,阻断Ca2+通道;与其抗炎作用有关。
Magnolol and Honokiol are active components of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.The anti-diarrheal effects of Magnolol and Honokiol were summarized,and the potential mechanisms of them related to their anti-inflammatory effects,which were acting as Ca2＋antagonist,blocking Ca2＋-channel.
