摘要
以中型齿轮离心式压缩机机组为对象,结合机组的实际工作情况及现场测试条件,对机组的振动和声压进行数据采集,获得反映机组主要振动噪声源的数据。通过对采集的振动信号和噪声信号进行频谱分析,研究机组的振动噪声特性,并确定机组的主要噪声源为叶片、排气管道、冷却器。结合机组结构改进的可行性,提出相应的结构改进措施,为机组的减振降噪提供有效的方法。
In this paper, the noise source of middle-type gear centrifugal compressor units by testing vibration and sound signal is investigated according to actual work of the compressor and the field test conditions. Main data reflecting machine vibration and noise information are obtained. Then, main characteristics of the gear centrifugal compressor are investigated by analyzing the noise and vibration signal. The main noise sources of blade, exhaust pipe and condenser are determined. The relavant structural improvement measures are pointed out compined the feasibility of structural improvement of units,which has provided effective method for reducing units noise.
