摘要
主要阐述了BK55系列轴流通风机叶轮级气动的设计原理和部分过程。在设计计算过程中采用了孤立翼型试验数据、等环量设计方法。同时,在选择R+S级风机基础上增加了对气流只起轴向引导而无预旋作用的集流器,以降低噪声和提高效率。
This paper specified the design principle and partial process of impeller stage air operated of BK55 series axial-flow fan. The isolated airfoil test data and the equal circulation design method are adopted in the process of design and calculation. At the same time, in order to induce noise and improve efficiency, the current collector only playing the role of axial guiding the air current not having turned on lathe is added on the basis of selecting R+S stage fan.
