详细介绍了一起典型的600MW机组脱硫增压风机振动故障分析处理过程,经过振动测试分析,判断该风机振动故障为动不平衡,采用影响系数法对其进行了动平衡处理,解决了振动问题。
This paper introduces the process of the analysis and disposal of the typical vibration failure of desulphurization booster fan of 600MW Units. Through the measurement and analysis of vibration, the fan is diagnosed the unbalances. The vibration failure has been solved by dynamic balance treatment adopting influence coefficient method.
