摘要
从单端口网络的菲涅尔反射定律出发,提出了通过从矢量网络分析仪和同轴波导提取散射参数,对有金属衬底雷达吸波材料(RAM)的电磁参数和反射率进行同步测试的方法和原理。研究结果表明:该方法可以实现0.1~18GHz范围有金属衬底RAM电磁参数和反射率的同步测量,具有测量简便准确、测试结果与理论计算有较高的一致性的优点,能够减少RAM优化设计研究中的不确定因素,提高研究效率。
A novel technique for making simultaneous measurement of microwave parameters and reflectivity of radar absorbing materials(RAM) placed on a metal substrate was described.The characteristics of the RAM were evaluated form single-port scattering parameter measurement of a coaxial line by using a microwave vector network analyzer,and the calculating method was given.The results show that the measurement proposed is broad band(0.1~18 GHz) and of easily operated,high accuracy and high accordant to simulation method,which can largely reduce the fuzzy in RAM optimum design and enhance research efficiency.
