摘要
通过测定随岳中高速公路建设中乔木优势种马尾松的光合能力、叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量,并采用SPSS15.0统计分析软件(SPSSInc,Chicago,USA)对数据进行三因素方差分析。结果表明,随岳高速公路建设改变了马尾松光合能力、硝酸还原酶活性和可溶性蛋白质含量的季节变化趋势。硝酸还原酶和可溶性蛋白与其他参数相比,对高速公路建设更敏感。研究为高速公路的生态破坏和恢复监测评价提供了依据。
During the middle section of Suizhou-Yueyang freeway construction,photosynthetic rate,content of chlorophyll,activation of nitrate-reductase and soluble protein of Pinus massoniana are monitored,and the data was analyzed by the statistic analysis software of SPSS15.0.The result shows that the seasonal tendency of maximum assimilation rate,activation of nitrate-reductase and soluble protein of Pinus massoniana were varied with the freeway construction.Compared with the other parameters,nitrate-reductase and soluble protein are more sensitive to the freeway construction.This investigation has provided information of monitor and estimate about ecological destroy and resume of the freeway.
