强精活力汤治疗脾肾两虚型弱精子症的临床观察

Clinical observation of "Qiangjinghuoli Decoction" in treating spleen and kidney deficiency type of asthenospermia

目的比较"强精活力汤"与"五子衍宗丸和四君子丸"治疗脾肾两虚型弱精子症的临床疗效。方法将60例入选的患者随机分成治疗组30例,口服中药"强精活力汤"治疗;对照组30例,口服"五子衍宗丸和四君子丸"治疗。两组分别治疗3个月,观察两组治疗前后临床症状改善、精子活力等精液质量指标(精液量、pH值、精子密度、活动率、正常形态率等)的变化。结果治疗组在提高a级精子活力、(a+b)级精子活力、精子活率方面明显优于对照组;治疗组治疗后a级精子活力、(a+b)级精子活力、精子活动率明显优于治疗前;治疗组治疗后的中医症状积分明显低于对照组,在改善腰膝酸软、性欲减退临床症状方面尤为突出。结论中药"强精活力汤"治疗男性不育弱精子症的疗效明显优于中成药"五子衍宗丸和四君子丸"。

Objective To evaluate clinical effect of＂Qiangjinghuoli Decoction＂ and ＂Wuziyangzong pill and Sijunzi pill＂ for treatment of asthenospermia patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type. Methods Total of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups including the treatment group treated with ＂Qiangjinghuoli decoction＂ for three months（30 cases） and the control group treated with ＂Wuziyangzong pill and Sijunzi pill＂ for three months（30 cases）. Clinical symptoms, sperm motility and other sperm parameters （sperm amount, PH, sperm density, sperm survival rate, sperm normal modality rate, etc） were evaluated before and after treatment. Results The amount of sperm motility with grade a, sperm motility with grade a plus b and the survival rate of sperm in the treatment group were better than that in the control group. There were increases in the amount of sperm motility with grade a, sperm motility with grade a plus b and the survival rate of sperm after treatment in the treatment group; After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms were decreased and clinical symptoms, especially in the waist soreness and hyposexuality, were improved in the treatment group compared with that in the control group. Conclusion The curative effects of ＂Qiangjinghuoli decoction＂ on treating male infertility of asthenospermia were better than ＂Wuziyangzong pill and Sijunzi pill＂.
