摘要
由于经济快速发展,对能源的需求日益增大,其中电力缺口尤其明显,此外严峻的环境污染形势,迫切需要改变能源格局,改善生态环境,对新能源与可再生能源进行大规模的开发应用。江苏位于中国风能资源较丰富区域,沿海尤其是近海海域风能资源更为丰富,为大规模、超大规模海上风电发展创造了巨大空间。大规模非并网风电的应用,更是开辟了一条中国特色风电多元化发展之路。文中分析了江苏沿海风能资源布局及沿海风电开发现状;在风电非并网理论指导下,以规模化制氢和氯碱产业为例,探讨非并网风电与高载能产业间的链合路径,并构建相应产业链;依据产业链合机制,探讨大规模非并网风电产业基地建设的实施目标与战略规划。
Energy consumption is increasing dramatically nowadays,one of the cases is that the gap of power supply is enlarging.Current energy consumption and environmental pollution call for improving layout of energy consumption,protecting environment,and large scale applying renewable energies.Wind energy is abundant in Jiangsu (especially in Jiangsu coastal areas) that provides large space for wind power development.Application of large scale non-grid-connected wind power is one of the ways to multi-directional developing wind power.In this paper,author analyzes distribution and exploitation of wind resource in Jiangsu coastal areas,studies on industrial Chain of "applying non-grid-connected wind power to high energy consumption industries" under the instruction of non-grid-connected wind power theory,and puts forward some suggestions for constructing industrial bases of non-grid-connected wind power in Jiangsu coastal areas.
