我院2006～2009年抗菌药物应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Antimicrobials in Our Hospital from 2006 to 2009

目的:了解我院抗菌药物的应用情况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性方法,对我院2006～2009年抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)进行统计、分析。结果:我院抗菌药物销售金额和DDDs均呈逐年上升趋势,销售金额靠前的绝大多数为注射剂,用药频度较高的为头孢菌素类、大环内酯类和氟喹诺酮类,药物的DDC逐年降低。结论:我院抗菌药物的应用结构基本合理,但个别品种的应用缺乏合理性,应加强对《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》的学习,切实落实抗菌药物的分级使用制度。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the application of antimicrobials in our hospital and to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS： Retrospective analysis was applied to analyze consumption sum, DDDs and DDC of antimicrobials in our hospital from 2006 to 2009 statistically. RESULTS： The consumption sum and DDDs of antimicrobials in our hospital from 2006 to 2009 increased year by year. Majority of antimicrobials taking up the top place were injection in the list of consumption sum and were cephalosporins, macrolides and fluoroquinolones in the list of DDDs. The DDC of antimicrobials decreased year by year. CONCLUSION： The application of antimicrobials in our hospital is reasonable basically, but the application of a few categories of antimicrobials is not reasonable. The study of Guiding Principles for Clinical Use of Antibiotics should be strengthened to implement the application of antimicrobials classification system.
