摘要
本文分析了工程机械的使用工况要求,介绍了典型工程机械液压控制系统的主要特点,从液压系统的功率形式推导了其功率控制方式,并对比分析了不同的功率控制方式的优缺点及其优化解决方案,最后总结了工程机械液压控制系统的节能控制和速度协调性控制的改善途径。
This article analyes the use requrement of construction machinery, introduce the main features of typical construction machinery hydraulic system, derived power eontrol modes of hydraulic system form hydraulic power form, compares the advantages and disadvantages of each power control mode, gives the optimization solutions, at last, sum up the full text of the construction machinery hydraulic power and control modes and prospect of the hydraulic system to precision control.
