摘要
液压冲击和负载机械冲击是液压系统的常见现象,冲击会产生剧烈的振动和噪声,给液压系统密封、机构运动、元器件工作和工作环境带来危害。本文通过一个工程实例,阐述了液压冲击和负载冲击产生的原因,并提出了减小冲击、避免冲击危害的十条措施。
Hydraulic impact and mechanical surge load are the familiar phenomenon of hydraulic system. The surge impact will bring sharp shake and yawp,which are harm to hydraulic system airproof,machine movement,component work and working environment. A project example is introduced in the paragraph,and analyzing the Hydraulic Impact and Surge Load come into being reason. Ultimately there are ten measures that can reduce impact and avoid harm in the paper.
