介绍了一种适合长距离输水工程选用的水锤防护设施——单向调压室,在断电停泵后补给水管道内压力降至设定值时,它能及时向系统补水,从而有效地防止"非常水锤",具有结构简单、造价低的优点,运行方便可靠。这项技术已在多个火电厂补给水系统中成功应用,有的已安全运行多年。设计者可利用给出的数学模型和计算方法确定单向调压室的设置位置、调压室内自由水面高程和调压室的尺寸。
The one-way surge tank used for prevention of non-normal water hammer occurrence in long-distance water transfer project is introduced. When the pressure in pipeline is lower than a special value because of pump stopping due to power failure, the one-way surge tank can supply water to the pipeline in time for prevention of non-normal water hammer occurrence. It is characterized by simple structure, low cost and convenient operation. This technology has been successfully used in many power plants for years. By using the mathematical model and calculation method, the designer can determine the location and size of one-way surge tank and the water elevation in the tank.
