摘要
老年人髋臼发育不良继发骨关节炎及髋关节脱位是老年人够关节骨关节病的致病原因之一。笔者归纳其X线所见，联系髋关节的解剖、生理、生物力学以及髋臼发育不良的病理改变，阐明其X线表现。
Acetabulum not developing well is one of the causes which lead to osteoarthritis and dislocation of the hip, thisarticle explam the X - ray and put foward diagnosis of the disease by analysing the X - ray, combining it with dissection、physiology、 biomechanice of arthrtis and the patholongical changes of acetabulum not developing well.
