摘要
2008年版WHO的造血及淋巴组织肿瘤分型集中了目前关于骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)形态学、细胞化学、免疫表型、遗传学及临床等方面研究进展,对MDS的分型做出了新修订。文章对有关MDS方面的修订做一解读。
Recently, a revised classification of myelodysplastic syndromes（MDS） has been published as part of the 4th edition of the WHO monograph series. The 4th edition of the WHO classification incorporates new information that has emerged from scientific and clinical studies in the interval since the publication of the 3rd edition in 2001 ,and includes new criteria for the recognition of MDS. In this paper,the classification of MDS is highlighted with the aim of familiarizing doctors and hematopathologists not only with the major changes in the classification but also with the rationale for those changes.
