环境影响后评价是环境影响评价的进一步延伸和完善,对提高环境影响评价的有效性及指导开展环境保护都有重要作用。我国煤炭开采环境影响后评价的研究,还处于探索阶段。本文系统地论述了煤炭开采对环境的影响,重点对煤炭开采环境影响后评价主要内容进行了探讨,并以金宝屯煤矿环境影响后评价为例,论述环境影响后评价的主要工作要点。

Environmental impact post-assessment is not only an extension and development impact assessment but also a very important method for improving effectiveness of environmental impact assessment and guiding to carry out environmental protection.The domestic research on environmental impact post-assessment of the coal mining is in the initial stage.This article systematically analyses the environment impact of the coal mining and introduces the main contents and the methods of environmental impact post-assessment for the coal mining,and then takes Jinbaotun coal mine as an example.
