摘要
云南某氧化铅锌矿嵌布粒度微细、伴生关系复杂、含泥量大且原矿品位低。通过多种方案的比较,采用硫化钠作铅矿物活化剂、丁基黄药作捕收剂优先选铅;选铅尾矿用十八胺作捕收剂的试验方案,获得了含铅50.60%、铅回收率为77.65%的铅精矿,以及含锌40.39%、锌回收率为75.85%的锌精矿。
This research is focused on a low-grade oxidized lead-zinc ore from Yunnan with high mud,complex intergrowth correlation and dispersed.By comparing different scheme,use sodium sulfide as the activator of lead ore and butyl-xanthate as collector preferential revover lead;then use octadecyl-amine as collector of the tailing,Pb concentrate contains Pb 50.60% with a recovery of 77.65%,and the Zn concentrate contains Zn 40.39% with a recovery of 75.85%.
