复方妥布霉素乳膏的制备及质量控制

Preparation and Its Quality Control of Compound Tobramycin Cream

采用双波长分光光度法同时测定复方妥布霉素乳膏中妥布霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量,妥布霉素的回归方程为C=242.521A+12.417,r=0.999 6;地塞米松磷酸钠回归方程为C=123.999 A-16.047,r=0.999 1。妥布霉素及地塞米松磷酸钠平均回收率分别为99.4％、110.3％,RSD为1.4％、1.2％。结果表明此法具有简单、快捷、灵敏的优点,适合医院对制剂的质量控制。

Contents of tobramycin and dexamethasone sodium phosphate were measured in compound tobramycin cream by dualwavelength spectrophometry at the same time. Regression equation of tobramycin was: c = 242. 521 A + 12. 417, r =0. 9996; that of dexamethasone sodium phosphate was c = 123. 999A -16. 047, r = 0. 9991. The mean recovery of both drugs were 99. 37 % and 100.31 % , respectively. RSD of both were 1.40% and 1. 18% , respectively. The result showed that this was a method lor hospital drug control with several advantages to be simple, rapid, and easy to handle.
