岭南地区居住人群中医体质调查

People's Constitution Survey in the South China Area

目的:调查长期在岭南地区居住人群的体质。方法:采用问卷调查的方式,采用自制的中医体质调查表,对3000名人群进行调查。结果:平和质1 342例,占44.7%,痰湿质207例,占6.9%,湿热质1188例,占39.6%,其余占8.8%。结论:湿热质是长期在本地区居住人群的主要的偏颇体质。

Objects： investigating the people＇s constitution who have lived permanently in the south China area. Method： use self-made questionnaire of TCM constitution to investigate 3 000 people. Results： peaceful and harmonious constitution 1342 cases （44.7%）, phlegm and damp constitution 207 cases （6.9 % ）, damp and heat constitution 1188 cases （39.6%）, others 8.8%. Conclusion： damp and heat constitution is the main constitution for the people who have lived for a long time in the area.
