传统孝文化与中医药学之关系杂谈

Discussion on the Relation between the Traditional Filial Piety and Traditional Chinese Medicine

中国传统孝文化源远流长,为中华民族之传统美德。传统孝文化以儒家学说为伦理道德思想背景,有着特殊而丰富的文化内涵。在孝文化发生、发展、发扬的过程中,她的许多方面都与中医药学发生了密切的联系。笔者通过对孝文化及其与中医药学,特别是与老年医学、宫廷医学、中医伦理学以及不孕不育研究等方面关系的考察,认为孝文化对于构建新型中医医德思想具有非常重要的意义。

Chinese traditional civilization of filial piety, going back to ancient times, is one of the traditional virtues. Traditional civilization of filial piety had special and rich civilization connotation, which was based on the ethics of Confucianism. In occurrence and development program of it, Traditional civilization of filial piety had close relationship with traditional Chinese medicine in many aspects. Through investigating its relationship with traditional Chinese medicine, especially the Geriatrics, the court medicine, TCM ethics and Infertility and aphoria, considering civilization of filial piety is very important to constructing new medical ethics of TCM.
