半枝莲提取物对鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞XIAP蛋白表达的影响

Effect of Scutellaria barbata extract on XIAP protein expression in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2 cells

目的:研究半枝莲提取物(SBE)对鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞X-连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)表达的影响。方法:体外培养鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞,MTT法观察SBE对CNE-2细胞的抑制作用,免疫细胞化学(SP)法检测SBE对CNE-2细胞XIAP蛋白表达的影响。结果:MTT法结果显示,SBE对CNE-2细胞的抑制率呈浓度依赖性(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,13.44μg.mL-1SBE组XIAP蛋白表达水平明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:SBE能明显抑制鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞增殖。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Scutellaria barbata extract （SBE） on X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein（XIAP） protein expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells.Methods：In nasopharyngeal carcinoma （CNE-2） cells,MTT assay was used to observe the in vitro sensitivity to SBE.Immunocytochemical method （SP） was applied to examine the expression of XIAP protein in CNE-2 cells.Results：SBE showed a concentration-dependent inhibition of CNE-2 cell proliferation （P〈0.01）.Compared with control,the expression level of the XIAP protein was obviously decreased after treatment with SBE （13.44 μg·mL^-1,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：SBE can obviously inhibit proliferation of CNE-2 cells.
