摘要 研究了“DGG”回火工艺对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢机械性能的影响;与常规回火工艺比较,将其在1230℃淬火并经“DGG”低、高温回火(370~380℃×1h+560℃×1h二次)后,具有最佳的综合机械性能。直柄麻花钻用“DGG”回火处理,其切削寿命比常规三次回火的约提高30%,且可以降低能耗。 The influence of 'LHH' Tempering process on the mechanical bchavior of M2 steel was investigated and compared with conventional tempering process.The experimental results show that the M2 steel quenched at 1230℃ and after 'LHH' tempered at lower and higher temperatures (370~380℃×1h+560℃×1h two times), it posscsses optimum comprchcnsive mcchanical propcrtics. The field verification indicates that cutting life of straight stem twist drill treated with 'LHH' tempering can be increased about 30% when compared with that by conventional three times tempering, and thus the energy and man-hour may be saved.
