阐述了读者咨询工作及微笑服务的重要作用,总结了龙门县图书馆采用"走出去"的服务方式提高图书馆利用率以及通过读者调查的方式提高读者满意度的经验。
This paper expounds the important function of reference service and smiling service for readers,and sums up the experiences of Longmen County Library in increasing the utilization ratio of the library through adopting "going out" mode and raising the satisfaction of readers through adopting the questionnaire survey.
