摘要
在软件外包领域,越来越多的外包提供商开始重视与客户建立长期关系,能否让客户建立起对外包服务提供商的信任,是外包服务提供商取得订单的关键。通过实证调研比较,介绍了研究方法,分析了中印软件外包产业客户信任的影响因素,并对中国软件外包企业开拓海外市场,建立客户信任提出了对策和建议。
In software outsourcing field,more and more outsourcing providers begin to pay attention to building longterm relationships with customers. And it is a pivotal issue for outsourcing providers to get the order form whether the customers could build the trust in outsourcing providers. Through demonstration research and comparison,this paper analyzes the factors influencing customers trust of software outsourcing enterprises in China and India,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for China's software outsourcing enterprises to develop overseas markets and establish customers trust.
