Implementing the logistic distribution and delivery are key to reduce the logistics cost. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of establishing the logistic distribution and delivery center of coal enterprise,and probes into some problems that need to be solved by coal enterprise in the establishment of logistic distribution and delivery system.
