引黄工程供水水价问题探讨

Probe into the Water Price Issue of the Water Supply of YRDP(Yellow River Diversion Project)

利用经济学理论,对水这个特殊的商品(资源)进行了探索,将水资源进行延伸,针对不同的消费群体,提出了一条供水的新思路,希望能够对引黄供水事业的持续发展起到一定的借鉴作用。

By using economics theory,this paper probes into the water,a kind of special commodity（resource）,makes extension of water resource,and puts forward a new idea of water supply,hoping to give some useful references to the sustainable development of the water supply of YRDP.
