^(18)F-FLT合成及其在PET/CT显像中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:5′-O-benzoyl-2,3′-anhydro-thymidine(BAThy)为前体合成氟标18F-FLT,并用于肺孤立结节和原发性肝癌的显像。方法:详细讨论了18F-FLT的化学合成过程;将18F-FLT静脉注射,静息50min后进行采集。结果:通过自愿者肺孤立结节的PET/CT显像,肯定了在肺孤立结节诊断中的重要性,给临床诊断提供了可靠的依据;并且首次将18F-FLT应用于肝癌,通过小白鼠的肝癌PET/CT显像,证实了18F-FLT在肝癌诊断中有很大的应用价值。结论:18F-FLT是目前性能最好的核酸代谢显像剂,它不仅被用于多种肿瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断、临床分期及疗效评价,而且被用于评价肿瘤的增殖性。 Objective:18F-FLT was synthesized using its precursor 5'-O-benzoyl-2,3'-anhydro-thymidine(BAThy),and applied to image in lung solitary tubercle and primary hepatic carcinoma by PET/CT.Methods:The synthesis of 18F-FLT was discussed.Resting for 50min after intravenous injection,and then collect image.Results:The significance of 18F-FLT in lung solitary tubercle was confirmed by volunteers'PET/CT imaging;and 18F-FLT was employed for the first time in primary hepatic carcinoma of mouse model by albus PET/CT imaging.It is confirmed that 18F-FLT has a great application value in diagnosis of hepatic carcinoma.Conclusion:18F-FLT is a optimal contrast-medium for liver nucleic acid metabolism at present.It can diagnose tumor,differential diagnosis,clinical stage and evaluate the tumorous proliferation.
