摘要
目的:提取塔米尔片中挥发油并对其进行β-环糊精(β-CD)包合工艺的研究,以增强其稳定性。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,以桂皮醛包封率及油利用率为指标,采用正交设计法优选包合物的制备工艺。结果:主要影响因素为油与β-环糊精的比例,其投料比为1∶8,包合时间为1h,包合温度为60℃,搅拌速度为50r/min。结论:用β-环糊精对挥发油进行包合后,提高了稳定性、便于制剂。
Objective：To extract the volatile oil from Tamir tablets and study technological process of its inclusion compound with β-cyclodextrin（β-CD） to improve its stability.Methods：The study was carried out with steam distillation and orthogonal design.The process conditions were studied by determining the entrapment efficency of cinnamaldehyde and entrapment efficency of oil from Tamir tablets volatile oil.Results：The most important factor was the ratio of oil to β-CD.The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were best-established.The ratio of oil to β-CD（mL/g） was 1∶8.The inclusion time and temperature continued for 1h at 60℃,the stirring speed was 50r/min,Conclusion：The method can be used for increasing stability of volatile oil.It is suitable for production of medicinal preparation.
