摘要 本文分析了钢制齿轮冷挤压模具的失效方式。关对W18Cr4V钢冷挤压模具进行了低温淬火、低温回火与低温贝氏体淬火、双重变温回火两种强韧化工艺的试验研究。从而使模具的使用寿命提高18-25倍,满足冷挤压齿轮批量生产的要求,关取得明显的经济效益。 This paper analyses lose efficacy of the die for the use of the cold extrusion steel gear.Test and research on two strengthening and toughening treatments of the W18Cr4V steel cold extrusion die increase the service life of die 18-25 times, thus the die satisfies the need of batch production of cold extrusion gear and achieves remarkable economic benefit.
