超声波合并脉冲磁场治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效观察 被引量:2

The Effectiveness of Ultrasonic Therapy Combined with Pulsed Magnetic Field Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with External Humeral Epicondylitis

摘要 目的:探讨超声波疗法并脉冲磁场治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果。方法:将76例确诊为肱骨外上髁炎的患者随机分成观察组和对照组各38例。观察组采用超声波疗法并脉冲磁场治疗,对照组采用多源频谱仪并脉冲磁场治疗,两组疗效进行比较。结果观察组的总有效率为94.74%,对照组总有效率为68.42%,两组比较,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用超声波疗法并脉冲磁场治疗肱骨外上髁炎效果显著,是治疗肱骨外上髁炎较好的物理治疗方法。 Objective To study the clinical effectiveness of ultrasonic therapy combined with pulsed magnetic field therapy in the treatment of patients with external humeral epicondylitis. Methods 76 patients with external humeral epicondylitis were divided randomly into two groups as experimental group and control group. There were 38 patients in each group. Patients in experimental group received ultrasonic therapy combined with pulsed magnetic field therapy, and patients in control group received pulsed magnetic field therapy. The effectiveness was compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 94.74%, and the total effective rate of control group was 68.42%. The effective rate of experimental group was higher than it of control group, and there was significant difference between two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Ultrasonic therapy can be used to treat patients with external humeral epicondylitis, and it have good effectiveness; it is an effective physiotherapy method to treat external humeral epicondylitis.
