摘要 甲型流感病毒基因组由8个节段组成,其众多的血清型构成其变异的基础,不同病毒株之间的重配导致其能够跨越物种屏障传播。因此给人类造成极大的威胁。本文对甲型流感病毒的基本特性、变异机制、跨物种传播机制及在世界范围内的分子流行学进行综述。 Influenza A virus consists of eight separate segments of genes. These segments, with numerous serotypes, are frequently exchanged between different viruses (interspecies transmission) by a process known as genetic reassortment. This paper addresses the basic characteristics of influenza A virus, their variation mechanisms, interspecies transmission, and molecular epidemiology worldwide.
