论社会角色理论在高校学生思想政治工作中的运用

On the Application of Social Role Theory in the Ideological and Political Work of College Students

从社会角色理论的角度看,高校学生的思想政治教育过程就是引导学生正确理解角色期待,让学生通过角色学习实现角色扮演,并通过不断地实践,成为一名"四有"新人的过程。要增强高校学生思想政治工作的实效性,就要运用社会角色理论了解当代大学生的角色变化,准确把握当代大学生角色期待、角色学习与角色扮演的特点,注意当前高校学生思想政治工作出现的问题并加以解决。

In the view of social role theory,the process of ideological and political education of college students is to lead the students to a correct understanding of their role expectation,enabling them to actually play the roles by role learning and finally become a new generation of people with ＂Four Qualities＂（lofty ideals,moral integrity,good education and a strong sense of discipline） through continuous practice.In order to strengthen the effectiveness of this work,it is essential to apply the social role theory into the following aspects： 1.Realizing the role changes of contemporary college students;2.Correctly grasping the features of their role expectation,role learning and role play;3.Being aware of the problems in the current ideological and political education work and solve them.
