论广西与大湄公河次区域国家高等教育国际化的现状和策略

The Internationalization of Higher Education in Guangxi and the Countries of the Greater Mekong Subregion: The Status Quo and Strategies

大湄公河次区域经济合作区(GMS)是中国—东盟自由贸易区的次区域经济合作区,目前广西与GMS国家在经贸、教育文化的交流与合作日益频繁。本文通过对广西与GMS国家高等教育交流与合作的意义和现状的分析,提出广西与GMS国家高等教育进一步合作的发展策略。强调以培养国际化人才为目标、深化教学改革,以互利共赢为目标、大力开展跨国合作办学。

The Greater Mekong Subregion Economic Cooperation Zone（GMS） is the subregional economic cooperation zone in China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.Recently,there have been increasingly frequent exchanges and cooperation in economic trade,education and culture between Gunagxi and the GMS countries.This paper analyzes the status quo and the significance of the higher education exchanges in Guangxi and the GMS countries,puting forward the following development strategies for further cooperation in higher education.It focuses on deepening teaching reform to train international personnel and carrying out cross-border cooperation in running schools vigorously for mutual benefit and win-win target,etc.
