The Professional Core Competencies of College Counselors

高校辅导员是大学生健康成长的引导者,承担多项工作职责,而有效履行工作职责需要掌握多种职业能力,其核心职业能力是精神关怀能力。高校辅导员的职业核心能力细分为六个方面,这就是识别大学生情绪变化的能力、激励大学生发展积极情感的能力、引导大学生走出交际困境的能力、引导大学生感受社会积极因素的能力、指导大学生提升生活价值感的能力和培养大学生公民精神的能力。

College counselors are needed for students＇ development and psychological health,bearing many job duties.This requires various professional abilities,with spiritual care as the core competencies,including 6 aspects： 1.Being sensitive to the diversity of individuals;2.Encouraging students to develop positive feelings;3.Leading students through difficulties;4.Leading students to feel the positive social factors;5.Guiding students to upgrate their sense of life values;6.Cultivating citizenship.
