摘要 目的:观察HiHiLo实施过程中受试者网织红细胞的变化规律,探寻网织红细胞与Hb变化的关系。方法:以77名竞技体育学院和体育教育学院在校男性大学生为研究对象,实施为期30天的HiHiLo计划。受试者每晚在氧浓度为14.8%~14.3%(模拟海拔约2800~3000m)的常压低氧舱中暴露至少10h,每周进行3次低氧环境下运动,运动方式为蹬功率自行车,每次30min,运动强度以个体75%V.O2max强度为基础,运动过程中通过调节氧气浓度和/或功率自行车负荷保持SpO2<92%,功率自行车转数为60rpm,受试者的日常训练在常氧环境下进行。在HiHiLo前(第1天)、HiHiLo的第4天、第7天、第16天、第23天和第30天测试受试者的血象指标,包括Hb、RBC、Hct和网织红细胞相关参数。结果:30天的HiHiLo低氧训练计划,可显著增加受试者的网织红细胞和Hb。网织红细胞在第7天时极其显著(P<0.01)升高,Hb、RBC、Hct在第16天时极显著(P<0.01)升高。结论:HiHiLo可有效促进红细胞生成,增加受试者的RBC和Hb,提高机体氧运输能力,且网织红细胞的显著性变化早于RBC、Hb的显著性变化。 Objective:The present study analyzed the disciplinarians of reticulocytes and hameglobin during HiHiLo and explored the correlation between reticulocytes and effectiveness of HiHiLo.Methods:The subjects were 77 male students from the department of physical education in Beijing Sports University.The subjects were exposed in hypoxic enviorment(O2%:14.8%~14.3% equivalent to the altitude of 2 800~3 000m)for more than 10 hours every night lasting 30 days.Besides participating the routine training at sea level,the subjects completed 3 training sections(bicycle ergometer exercise at the intensity of 75% O2max with the cadence of 60 rmp/min,lasting for 30min)in hypoxia every week.During the hypoxic erercise,the SpO2 was controlled less than 92%,through adjusting the oxygen concentration and/or the exercise load before HiHiLo,during HiHiLo,at day4,day7,day16,day23 and day30,the blood samples for the indexes of reticulocytes and Hb,et al.were obtained.Results:During the 1 month period of HiHiLo,reticulocytes and Hb were significantly increased.At day 7,reticulocytes were significantly increased,but Hb,RBC and Hct were significantly increased at day 16.Conclusion:HiHiLo can promote the production of RBC,Hb effectively,improve the capacity of oxygen transportation.The significant change of reticulocyte is earlier than the significant changes of RBC and Hb.
